Job Duties:
Read supplied electronic data (Gerber, DPF, DXF files and drawings, etc.) in any recognized format. Align all layers. Drill programs. Rename layers as per pre-determined naming conventions. Assign layer attributes. Drawn to flash pad conversions. Contour drawn or filled areas. Assign feature attributes. Perform customer specific operations. Prepare customer specific reports. Modify / Generate drill layer as per specific tolerances. Etch compensation as per specific requirements. Perform DRC as per specific parameters. Repair DRC errors as per specific guidelines. Slivers, acid traps and pin hole elimination. Repair / generate solder-mask layer. Perform silkscreen (Legend) clippings and editing. Test points generations. Generate any other job specific layers and drawings (peel able, carbon, gold plating, via plugging, mechanical drawings, drill drawing, etc.). Create route profile. Create rout programs. Add job specific logos, markings, date code, etc. Palletize as per job requirements (create array). Panelize as per customer specific panel frames, and add any other feature as required. Output and send completed files after thorough validation. Create scripts for automatic programs. Designing, modifying and schematic logic designs based on the engineer's input and suggestions. Creating and integrating circuits based on the Electronics Engineers Bill of material. Creating the physical board profile. Loading and routing net list and parting data into ECAD software. Translating actual traces that will enable representation of the PCB. Connecting all signal points on the board one by one and taking trace width, spacing and other variable data into consideration depending on the application and preference of the customer's Electronic Engineers. Creating fab and assembly drawing to aid in the bare board manufacturing and part insertion of the PCB. Participating in the creation of all electric data stages and building the PCB. Reviewing customer supplied fabrication data to insure that it should meet manufacturing requirements. Review Customer Contract / P.O. Fill up traveler steps for processes. Resolve Technical Discrepancies / questions on order to educate customer for new process and technology. Optimize process & materials. Train employees for engineering department. Work of feedback from Customer Satisfaction Survey. Responsible for document control & Data Control, Writing , Reviewing and Approving QA Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Forms Required for ISO 9001:2000 and Applicable Regularity Standards. Updates and Maintain the company's organization charts. Carries out Regular Analysis of the product nonconformities and Results of Quality Audits in order to Detect Systematic Failures in the QMS or Adverse Trends in Quality Assigns and Delegates Responsibility for dealing with Corrective & Preventive Actions and Verifies the Proposed Solutions and their Effectiveness. Guide & supervise all QC Employees.
